Approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of December 1, 2015.
Appoint Mr. Phillip Isaacson to the Cochise County Building Code Advisory and Appeals Board effective immediately through September 25, 2017.

Adopt Resolution 15-28 authorizing the acquisition of lands for a Multi Use Path south of the Ramsey Canyon Road as described therein.

Approve the proposed tax appeal settlement in Sean v. Cochise County, ST2015-000007, now pending in the Arizona Tax Court, a division of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County.
