10.   Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) #ADHS18-177676 for immunization services between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise Health & Social Services for the period of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2022 in which funding for the six months from January 1 through June 30, 2018 totals $75,891, at which point the funding cycle will revert to 12-month periods.
