Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors and to the general public that the Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting open to the public for the purpose of deciding whether to go into executive session. If authorized by a majority vote of the Board, the executive session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.

Members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors will attend either in person or by telephone, video or internet conferencing.

The Board may permit public comment during the discussion of any item on this agenda. If you wish to be heard on a specific item, please sign up to be heard using the ‘Specific Item’ on the speaker form provided, and please list the item about which you wish to be heard. Persons will be permitted three minutes to speak.
 

Pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(B), minutes and discussions in executive session shall be kept confidential.

 
             
ACTION
 
Board of Supervisors
 
This executive session is authorized under A.R.S. § 38-431.03.
 
 
1.   The County Attorney's Office will provide an update on developments and seek direction from the Board of Supervisors on the following water matters:

1. Approval of County participation in joint press release with The Nature Conservancy and the Bureau of Land Management regarding wet-dry mapping along the San Pedro River.

2. Possible executive session pursuant to A.R.S. section 38-431.03(a)(3) and (7), followed by discussion and direction from the Board regarding the County's role in a potential land transaction in or near Huachuca City, Arizona.

3. Possible executive session pursuant to A.R.S. section 38-431.03(a)(3) and (4), followed by direction from the Board regarding the County's on-going participation as a cooperating agency in the drafting process for the Bureau of Land Management's Resource Management Plan regarding the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area.
